My name is Marie Guerrero & I am a proud agent with Pine and Beckett Realtors. My passion for real estate comes from my desire to help others and appreciate that buying a home ought to be a positive experience. There is nothing more significant than having the privilege and golden opportunity of being apart of someone’s journey with finding their dream home. I started my adventure with Real Estate because my husband saw the love and compassion I’m able to share with others and he believed the real estate profession was a great way for me to use my combination of skills to help elevate others in an industry that’s everlasting. I express this by buying a home, upgrading to a larger one, or selling a property.  Most importantly, I strive to assess buyers and seller needs and recommend solutions to situations that can be alleviated. As an agent, I advocate for my clients in complex transactions and love sharing what I know to others. My devotion to support others comes from the support I have received throughout my life and being able to take that support and transition it to becoming a reliable supportive partner that I believe everyone needs at least once throughout their life. I understand that taking the next step into home buying can be a physical and emotional adjustment and that’s why I prosper with an ENTP personality by being extroverted, intuitive, thinking and perceiving.
