For me not ever buying a house this experience was a little scary. Kristina, however, made this process very easy. Not once did she show me something I didn't want to see or push me to buy when I wasn't ready. She was professional and courteous the entire time. I am amazed when I look at the date and realize I have been in my new home 6 months. Yet not as amazed as I was when I let Norma Pine know what I was looking for and it took her about 3 days for her to find what I looking for in my price range! I had been looking for more than 2 months. I had just moved back to Midland and was renting an apartment I had taken sight unseen. I was simply surviving as many do when we first come to Midland. Norma Pine definitely knows this town. She keeps up with the fast paced market in Midland and has an intuitive understanding of the ebb and flow of the real estate in this town. Her assistant keeps things flowing in their office. Her expertise with all the forms needed to complete the purchase of my home made the process move smoothly. I just purchased a home. It was a difficult transcation, with a lease back by me before closing. There were numerous problems with this, including the seller not removing all their items and broken AC and no hot water. Miranda took charge and handled all issues in a prdouctive & professional matter, while the listing agent just made matters worse than needed to be due to poor communication with her client. Miranda went as far as helping clear out the sellers junk as well as arranging for repairs and meeting repairmen. It was truly a unique performance, your firm has the best agent I ever used in 10 home purchases and 2 apartment complexes I have bought in the past. I have already referred 2 business partners to her, one on a large home in the museum district.

God sends angels across our path when we need them. Thanks for being there! You have been wonderful with my son, Chance! Ron has too! Ron has helped Chance with tons of questions & showed us houses, even when he was sick! I'm very thankful that you thought of this house & then met with us immediately. It was comfortable visiting with you, sitting on the fireplace, Chance laying on the floor. Felt like "home" when we first walked in.
Chance is so excited. He found a refrigerator in the Thrifty Nickel for $165. The man has a shop in Odessa and has a registered female bulldog. Chance has a male dog just like it. He thinks he might be able to trade stud service for a stove and make him and Tank both happy. Lol!!! Isn't that too funny! Touches my heart too. Please share with the Eudy family how very much they have blessed Chance's life. I don't know the story but they must have lost their parents and this was their home. It was built the same year Chance was born, 1981. I do want them to know that Chance & I appreciate them and Chance will take care of their home. It means a lot to both of us. Busy and exciting day!
